Vurvey Launches Scheduling and Notifications to Automate Campaigns

Posted 11 Apr 2022

We are already well into 2022 and continue to launch new features designed to make co-creation easy for our customers. Here are a few new updates that we just released. These are currently available to all customers who have an active workspace with us.

Scheduling to Increase Engagement

First, we just released the ability to auto-close campaigns on a certain date and notify customers who have not yet responded. Head to the “Share” section of any campaign and scroll down to “Automatically close campaign on a specified date”.

This makes it easy to pick a date and time to end your campaigns. You can also select whether you want to notify participants 12 or 24 hours before the campaign closes. This is a powerful tool for campaign managers and will increase customer engagement with every campaign.

Campaign scheduling will also allow you to work in a more agile way, launching more campaigns and completing them faster. Ultimately, this will enable you to innovate quicker even as new competitors might enter your industry.

Invitations to Manage Permissions

Next, we made user permissions more simplified and added a new invitation experience to add new users to your workspace. You can now also see a description of roles and permissions when you add a member to a workspace. This will make it easier to understand what each role can do.

As a reminder, there are three permission levels for each Vurvey workspace: Owner, Admin, and Manager. Most of your internal users should be added as Managers to allow them to create and manage campaigns, as well as creators.

Visual Updates to Optimize Insights

Finally, we have updated the ranked results chart to show a spectrum of choices and give a better indication of how the votes were cast. This new chart builds on our new ranked results chart that we recently launched.

These new features are designed to help you launch better campaigns, and increase engagement with your creators no matter where they are located. And with the new permissions, you can invite more of your team into the platform to accelerate your transition to a culture of co-creation.
