New and Improved Intro Screen and Video Responses

Posted 9 Sep 2021

Chad Reynolds

It’s been a busy summer for us. We’ve worked with a lot of innovative companies and continue to improve the product.

One thing that many of you have been telling us, is how much your audience loves taking Vurvey’s. From the first moment they share feedback until it arrives in your account, our goal is to have a genuinely human experience.

That is why we are excited to share a few new updates with you today.

New Intro Screen

First, we added a new Introduction screen with even more customizations and branding options. We want to provide the ability to give as much or as little information as possible from the start.

The new and improved Intro screen includes a place for a logo, multiple descriptions, helper text, and a customizable start button.

It’s a totally new and refreshing way to create a memorable first impression. Now your respondents will know exactly what is expected, as well as what technical aspects to check before starting the survey.

Improved Response Flow

We have also made a change to improve the capturing of video responses. Previously, respondents were asked to verify their identity (via sign-in or account creation) after they had responded to all survey questions.

The sign-in has now been moved to the beginning of the survey to increase video responses and deliver more insights with each and every Vurvey you send out.

Our goal is to continue to make it easier to create and send Vurveys out to your audience. With this change, we hope that it gets even easier for your audience to response from any device, anywhere in the world.

If you have any questions, send us a message through the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen, or email us at [email protected].
